Charity exhibition dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Heydar Aliyev

A charity exhibition called ‘We are Just Like Everyone’ will take place in the Museum Centre on 6, 7 and 8 May. The exhibition is dedicated to the 90th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev. Works by three talented Azerbaijani artists: Abbas Mammadov, Vasif Huseynov and Javid Huseynov, will be presented in the exhibition. The event is organised with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan. The exhibition ‘We are Just Like Everyone’ is a charity event and those who wish may purchase the paintings. All proceeds will be donated to the Azerbaijan Association of People with Down’s Syndrome.
Abbas Mammadov, Vasif Huseynov and Javid Huseynov are alumni of the Art Department of the Azim Azimzade Art School and the Azerbaijan Art Academy. Their works have been displayed both in Azerbaijan, and abroad. The formal opening of the exhibition will take place on 6 May at 19:00. Entrance to the charity exhibition is strictly by invitation only. Entrance to the exhibition on 7 and 8 May is free.
