On October 26-27, 2009 exhibition, dedicated to the birthday of the eighth imam from the dynasty of prophet Muhammad - Imam Rza, was held in the Art Gallery of the Museum Center. In this arrangement took part: adviser of the President, Chairman of Organization of Culture of the Islamic Relations Mekhti Mustafaev, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Azerbaijan Muhammad Bagir Bahrami, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijani Republic Adalyat Veliev and other officials. On opening ceremony the chapters from the Koran have been read. The group of Nur performed a spiritual song from the film “The Love Area”, about the life of Imam. The stereoscopic pictures, featuring the mausoleum of Imam Rza, which is in town Meshkhed Iranian Republic, were shown on this exhibition. It is worthy to emphasize that to view these pictures an audience looked through the special glasses which showed a closeness and depth of the shot. At the same time the prizewinners of Japanese, Turkish, Italian and Spanish festivals were shown, as well as the photos of Dzhavad Pursamed about sacred pilgrimage places, works of other photographers, artists and masters of the applied art. Religious books about the life of Imam Rza were also shown on this exhibition.
