NTERREGIONAL WORKSHOP “Issues and perspectives of art education in the 21st century. Museum resources” Within the framework of the “World Cultural Diversity Day - in pursuance of the dialogue and further development”

On 21-22 May 2007, the Director of Museum Centre Liana Vezirova participated in specialised scientific workshop dedicated to the new, most actual forms of the museum activity in the sphere of art education for different categories of museum audience.

The leading specialists from Russian, Azerbaijani, Armenian, Belarusian and Moldovan museums participated in the workshop. The experience of the State Hermitage Museum and the State Russian Museum accumulated as a result of the successful realisation of similar programs both within and outside the museum can serve as a basis for development of contemporary forms of educational activity in the museums of small and medium cities of Russia and foreign countries.
